We are usually called into the home or property for the following reasons.

The samples which we may collect will let you know how far the mould issue has progressed in the property so you know which areas are contaminated and need remediation. We can also advise on any mould containment needed in the remediation process.

Our inspections are designed to help with the above issues. The truth is that mould is actually everywhere and there is an acceptable mould level which we need try and achieve. In many cases mould inspections need mould testing as it provides evidence about what is going on. This is why our inspections are valuable.
